We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted sandals, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the leather soles are protected when trying them on, as we can only accept returns in pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the sandals in their original dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film on the soles is intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid DHL shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized service point; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
